Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our sarees worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary by country and are calculated automatically at checkout. Most international orders arrive within 7-12 business days.
Can I request custom blouse stitching or fall/pico services?
Absolutely. We offer custom stitching services for an additional fee. You can select the 'Stitching Service' option on the product page and provide your measurements using our size guide.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unworn sarees in their original packaging with tags intact. Please note that customized items, such as sarees with stitched blouses or fall/pico applied, are not eligible for return.
How do I care for my Navera Saree?
To maintain the longevity of the intricate handwork and delicate fibers, we strictly recommend professional dry cleaning for all our sarees. Store them in a cool, dry place wrapped in a muslin cloth.
Are the colors shown on the website accurate?
We strive to represent colors as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions and lighting during photography, there might be a slight 5-10% variation in the actual color of the product.
